This completely new range of automatic l sealing machines from Minipack Torre come with some great innovations in the design of automated l sealing machines. 

The PLC logic that controls the machine is controlled from a simple, clear and intuitive graphic colour screen touch panel which can include product photos and storage of up to 64 customised product setting programmes, this enables quick change over when different products need to be packed in clear shrink wrap through a single automatic l sealing machine. Equipped with a USB port, this machine enables you to save programmes and updates on an external drive.

Using well proven electrical equipment from Schneider makes these machines reliable whilst offering features such as augmented reality enabling close monitoring of the control systems reducing down time and increasing efficiency. 

The safety of this machine is ensured by thanks to a series of functions designed specifically to protect the operator including; opening hatches with safety micro switch, control logic with operator safety, horizontal and vertical photocell and belts compliant with FDA regulations.
